For taking above actions, you have to follow the some necessary actions, ( Note :- Firstly either copy this page or open new page here for Guidelines ). Now CLICK HERE To start Editing or Exploring about your Nepal Telecom Internet Account. And follow the following steps for which you want to do.
Be clear for not to filling up wrong discription. It may harm you and your account.
1. For chenging your Password
1. Click on above Link ( If already Not Clicked )
2. If your computer shows "There is a problem with this website's security certificate" Then click on"Continue to this website (not recommended)" Tab.
3. Give username "wsc_your account no" and password "your IScare password " (get those from our counters where we sell internet account )
4. Then press Enter Button of your Keyboard.
5. Click on your internet ID shown in the page opend.
6. Click on "Change Password" shown in the page.
7. Give your Existing Password, New Password and Verify this.
8. Click on next.
9. Noy your new Password has been set. Enjoy with your internet.

2. Go to "View Property" under "Bundled offering" (If you are newly renued Go to "View Property" under "Individual Offering").
3. Your "Contract_Stop_Date_**********" is last date. And you have to renew your account now If it is about to exceed. So Please contac our Costomers Care Office.
4. In case of Newly Renewed Costomers it is shown in the "Individual Offering Details" for some hours.
5. Go to our counters if your account's date is about to exceed for.
6. Note that DON'T CHANGE YOUR "POP_ID_PSTN_DialUp" .
1. Continue the steps upto step 5 defined above (same as "For chenging your Password ").
2. Go to "View Property" under "Bundled offering" (If you are newly renued Go to "View Property" under "Individual Offering").
3. Your "Contract_Stop_Date_**********" is last date. And you have to renew your account now If it is about to exceed. So Please contac our Costomers Care Office.
4. In case of Newly Renewed Costomers it is shown in the "Individual Offering Details" for some hours.
5. Go to our counters if your account's date is about to exceed for.
6. Note that DON'T CHANGE YOUR "POP_ID_PSTN_DialUp" .
3. For viewing Your Account's CDR
1. Continue the steps upto step 5 defined above (same as "For chenging your Password ").
2. Go to the bottom of the page, There you will see "Click here to view CDR details of this service" Click on that link.
3. Specify Date range for which you want to see your CDR By just clicking on the "Box" where the date is shown.( Don't forget to specify Year, Months and Day)
4. Click on "Next" again Click on "Next".
5. Now you are able to see your account's CDR. Enjoy your Internet.

2. Go to the bottom of the page, There you will see "Click here to view CDR details of this service" Click on that link.
3. Specify Date range for which you want to see your CDR By just clicking on the "Box" where the date is shown.( Don't forget to specify Year, Months and Day)
4. Click on "Next" again Click on "Next".
5. Now you are able to see your account's CDR. Enjoy your Internet.
4. For viewing Your Payments
1. Continue the steps upto step 5 defined above (same as "For chenging your Password ").
2. Go to "ViewPayments" Tab at the top of the page.
3. Specify the date range (year, months and day )
4. Then "Next" and Look your Payments.
5. Enjoy your Internet.

5. For editing your Personal Informations

2. Go to the Tab "MyProfile" at the top of the page.
3.Go to the "Change Properties" shown in the bottom of the new page.
4. Edit your Detail but don't change "Home Collection Centre".
5. After editing Click on "Next".
6. Your Information is Updated, Now Enjoy your Internet.

2. Go to the Tab "MyProfile" at the top of the page.

6. For Chenging ISCare Password
1. Continue the steps upto step 5 defined above (same as "For chenging your Password ").
2. Go to the Tab "MyProfile" at the top of the page.
3. Click on "Change ISCare Password".
4. Give your existing (old) Password, New Password, and Verify This.
5. Your new Password is set and use your New ISCare Password after all.
6. Enjoy your Internet.

2. Go to the Tab "MyProfile" at the top of the page.
3. Click on "Change ISCare Password".
4. Give your existing (old) Password, New Password, and Verify This.
5. Your new Password is set and use your New ISCare Password after all.
6. Enjoy your Internet.
Note:- Do nothing "Address Reporting Categories" for sefty.
